Red Wine Chocolate Gugl with Vanilla Pudding

The perfect red wine chocolate gugl with vanilla pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 piece Egg (size M)
  • 35 g Chocolate, bittersweet
  • 30 ml Red wine
  • 4 g Cinnamon powder
  • 80 g Flour
  • 5 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding + corresponding amount of milk
  1. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C top / bottom heat
  1. Grease the mini Gugl form with melted butter
  1. Melt the couverture in a water bath
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan at a low temperature and stir with powdered sugar until smooth
  1. Now add the egg, the liquid couverture, the red wine and the cinnamon
  1. Sieve the flour and cocoa together and fold them into the mixture
  1. Pour the dough into the Gugl form – ideally with two spoons or a piping bag. The dough should be filled so high that there is no hole at the bottom after it has been removed and that it can be easily filled with pudding.
  1. approx. Bake for 11 minutes
  1. Carefully remove from the mold with two forks and allow to cool
  1. Of course, due Gugl already taste very tasty, but I like it a little juicier and therefore fill it with vanilla pudding. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions and carefully pour a teaspoon into the holes of the Gugl. If you like, you can melt the dark couverture in a water bath and either dip the Gugl in it or cover it with a teaspoon like a net.
