Spicy Fried Chicken Asian Way

Seasoning mix
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- Cayenne pepper
Heat the oven to 180 °.
Divide the chicken and place in a dripping pan with the skin side up. Then in the oven for 30 minutes.
Make the seasoning mix. Spread on the chicken with a brush, also paint the underside. Then put it back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
