Spicy Fried Chicken Asian Way

Ingredients

Seasoning mix

  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 180 °.
  • Divide the chicken and place in a dripping pan with the skin side up. Then in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Make the seasoning mix. Spread on the chicken with a brush, also paint the underside. Then put it back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
