Baking: Iron Power Bars
Servings: 1 people
- 100 g Whole wheat flour
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Linseed
- 1 tbsp Wheat bran
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Orange peel
- 70 g Beet syrup
- 40 g Butter
- 50 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients (except for the sesame seeds) into a dough.
Spread this on a greased, small baking sheet (26x16cm). Smooth out with a spoon dipped in water.
Scatter sesame seeds on top.
Carefully cut into 12 pieces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15-18 minutes.
