Vegan: Lovage - Potato - Foam - Puree

Ingredients

  • 8 piece Potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 handful Lovage
  • 1 packet Coconut cream
  • 1 packet Fresh nutmeg

Instructions

  • Cook the peeled potatoes in the vegetable stock. Pour off the broth - save, use otherwise - and add the coconut cream. Whisk everything well with the hand mixer.
  • Round off the whole thing with freshly grated nutmeg.
  • Finally, stir the chopped lovage (Maggi herb) underneath and serve.
