Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Spring Onions

- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Spring onions fresh
- 50 g Bacon
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Garlic salt
Whisk eggs with condensed milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the green of the spring onion into fine rings, finely chop the onion bulb, fry in butter with the bacon. Season with garlic salt.
Pour egg mixture over it and let it set. Not too long or the eggs will set.
