Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Spring Onions

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Spring onions fresh
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs with condensed milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the green of the spring onion into fine rings, finely chop the onion bulb, fry in butter with the bacon. Season with garlic salt.
  • Pour egg mixture over it and let it set. Not too long or the eggs will set.
