Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Spring onions fresh
- 50 g Bacon
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Garlic salt
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with condensed milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the green of the spring onion into fine rings, finely chop the onion bulb, fry in butter with the bacon. Season with garlic salt.
- Pour egg mixture over it and let it set. Not too long or the eggs will set.
