Cook the pasta in salted water, drain into a sieve and set aside.
Heat the wok ...
Add peanut oil and first sear the meat, then add the sliced onions and sear them well.
Then put the drained peas in the wok and toss them a few times.
Add the cooked pasta, toss everything well again and finally sprinkle with dried vegetables.
