Mango Biscuits with Chocolate Chips (mookies)

Ingredients

  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 PK Vanilla sugar
  • 120 g Margarine
  • 170 g Flour
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 0,5 PK Baking powder
  • 30 g Grated chocolate
  • 120 g Oatmeal

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and stir in the sugar, then add the remaining ingredients (except for the mango) and stir.
  • The mango should be really ripe and soft because we will crush it. So first peel and cut the meat from the stone, then mash it with a fork or hands and mix it with the dough.
  • Make small heaps with a tablespoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Finished!
