Ingredients
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 PK Vanilla sugar
- 120 g Margarine
- 170 g Flour
- 1 Fresh mango
- 0,5 PK Baking powder
- 30 g Grated chocolate
- 120 g Oatmeal
Instructions
- Melt the butter and stir in the sugar, then add the remaining ingredients (except for the mango) and stir.
- The mango should be really ripe and soft because we will crush it. So first peel and cut the meat from the stone, then mash it with a fork or hands and mix it with the dough.
- Make small heaps with a tablespoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Finished!
