Jam: Rhubarb, Kumquat's, Kiwi

Ingredients

  • 200 g Fresh rhubarb
  • 3 Pc. Kumquat
  • 1 Pc. Kiwi
  • 0,333333 Pc. Vanilla pulp
  • 120 g Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the rhubarb.
  • Separate the kumquat into thin slices.
  • Peel and cut the kiwi into pieces, removing the stalk. Cuck up everything.
  • Add the vanilla pulp and bring to the boil. I then mix it up and pour the hot jam into the glass.
