Jam: Rhubarb, Kumquat’s, Kiwi
The perfect jam: rhubarb, kumquat’s, kiwi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fresh rhubarb
- 3 Pc. Kumquat
- 1 Pc. Kiwi
- 0,333333 Pc. Vanilla pulp
- 120 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Peel and cut the rhubarb.
- Separate the kumquat into thin slices.
- Peel and cut the kiwi into pieces, removing the stalk. Cuck up everything.
- Add the vanilla pulp and bring to the boil. I then mix it up and pour the hot jam into the glass.
