Barbecue Braids

Curry, herbs, paprika, salt
Instructions
Cut into pork roulades as shown in the photo, braid them. Secure the ends with toothpicks.
Cover the individual strands with the three spices and sprinkle with salt. Leave to soak in oil with garlic overnight.
