Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pork roulades
  • 2 toes Fresh garlic
  • 2 essl Oil
  • Spices
  • Curry, herbs, paprika, salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut into pork roulades as shown in the photo, braid them. Secure the ends with toothpicks.
  • Cover the individual strands with the three spices and sprinkle with salt. Leave to soak in oil with garlic overnight.
