Ingredients
- 2 Pork roulades
- 2 toes Fresh garlic
- 2 essl Oil
- Spices
- Curry, herbs, paprika, salt
Instructions
- Cut into pork roulades as shown in the photo, braid them. Secure the ends with toothpicks.
- Cover the individual strands with the three spices and sprinkle with salt. Leave to soak in oil with garlic overnight.
