Turkey with Sesame Crust in Cheese Sauce with Green Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 350 g Turkey fillet
  • 500 g Asparagus green fresh
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame black
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Cut off the lower ends of the asparagus, then cut off the tips and cook the middle in a little salted water with a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, add the tips, but do not boil anymore, just let them simmer.
  • Season the turkey fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a little fat in a pan, lightly roast the sesame seeds, then add the meat to the pan and roast in the sesame seeds,
  • Then add 1 ladle of asparagus boiling water to the pan and melt the cheese. Now add the asparagus and let everything rest for 5 minutes
