Cucumber Salad with Wild Garlic and Cress

The dressing
- 1 Pc. Red Onion
- 1 Pc. Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Wild garlic leaves
- Cress (garden cress)
- 1 tsp Estragon mustard
- 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

The classic with a different twist with healthy wild garlic and cress.
Wash the cucumber and cut / slice thinly with the onions. Squeeze out the water and let stand briefly.
Mix the ingredients of the dressing well and then pour over the salad.
Sprinkle the chopped wild garlic on top, mix everything well.
Garnish with garden cress and serve.
