First you cut off the lower stalk of the pineapple cleanly. (see photo)
Then halve the pineapple from bottom to top through the green. (see photo)
also divide the two halves in the middle. again from the bottom up through the green ...
Then cut into the middle stalk with the knife until just before the green (see photo). And a cut directly above the shell until just before the green (see photo).
Then carefully cut the inside into pieces and move the individual pieces a little.
The individual quarters can either be served on a plate each and served with honey and possibly yogurt.
With a fruit platter, however, I only spray everything with lemon juice so that it looks appetizing for longer.
By the way, the photo shows my exotic fruit platter for breakfast in kindergarten!
