Semolina Porridge with Cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 250 gr Soft wheat semolina
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • 1 glass Cherries
  • 1 packet Red cake glaze
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Bring the milk to the boil with salt and butter. Remove from the hotplate and stir in the semolina. Simmer on a low level until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and stir in the cherries, pour over the semolina.
