Semolina Porridge with Cherries
Servings: 6 people
- 1 liter Milk
- 250 gr Soft wheat semolina
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Pr Salt
- Cinnamon sugar
- 1 glass Cherries
- 1 packet Red cake glaze
- 1 tbsp Butter
Bring the milk to the boil with salt and butter. Remove from the hotplate and stir in the semolina. Simmer on a low level until the desired consistency is achieved.
Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and stir in the cherries, pour over the semolina.
