Potatoes: Green Thai Curry Potato Wedges

Ingredients

The basic potatoes:

  • 7 small Potatoes, washed thoroughly and quartered lengthways

The basic spices:

  • Greenthai curry powder
  • Green Thai Curry Spice Mill
  • Lemongrass, powdered
  • Grains of Paradise from the mill
  • Salt
  • Indian butter, see m. KB

Instructions

  • Place the potato wedges on a pizza tray and add the spices. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes until the desired degree of browning is achieved. Serve with Indian butter or a dip. Tastes great and is quite uncomplicated for an alkaline diet day! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
