Ingredients
The basic potatoes:
- 7 small Potatoes, washed thoroughly and quartered lengthways
The basic spices:
- Greenthai curry powder
- Green Thai Curry Spice Mill
- Lemongrass, powdered
- Grains of Paradise from the mill
- Salt
- Indian butter, see m. KB
Instructions
- Place the potato wedges on a pizza tray and add the spices. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes until the desired degree of browning is achieved. Serve with Indian butter or a dip. Tastes great and is quite uncomplicated for an alkaline diet day! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
