Turkey Schnitzel in Pepper Cream Sauce

- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- 2 Red Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 a cup Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Chili powder
Mix the vegetable stock with the flour until smooth, stir in the cream, season with chili powder and paprika and bring to the boil briefly.
Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli powder, place in a baking dish, cover with the cleaned and diced peppers and pour the cream over them.
Now put everything in the preheated oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
