Turkey Schnitzel in Pepper Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  • Mix the vegetable stock with the flour until smooth, stir in the cream, season with chili powder and paprika and bring to the boil briefly.
  • Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli powder, place in a baking dish, cover with the cleaned and diced peppers and pour the cream over them.
  • Now put everything in the preheated oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
