Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Peel an onion and the cloves of garlic and dice them finely with the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper, chilli and parika powder, mix into small meatballs and fry brown on all sides in hot oil
Peel the second onion, dice it finely and sauté it in olive oil until translucent, deglaze with the tomatoes, season with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli, parika powder and curry, add the meatballs and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, place on pasta plates, pour the meatballs in tomato curry sauce over them and serve.
