- Kale
- 5 Discs Cooked ham
- 100 g Grated Emmental
Put the kale (see my cookbook) on a paper kitchen towel and squeeze it out, place in the middle of the puff pastry, add the diced ham and cheese, fold the puff pastry into a strudel and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
