Cooking rice:
- 1 Cup Wild rice
- 1 liter Salted water
in the hot pan:
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 1 Pc. Sliced carrot
Finely cut:
- 400 g Pork strips
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Salt and pepper
- 3 turns Chilli from the mill
Appendix 2:
- 1 Pc. Fresh broccoli
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation :
Clean broccoli, chop, blanch, quench.
Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and slice the carrot.
