Ingredients
Cooking rice:
- 1 Cup Wild rice
- 1 liter Salted water
in the hot pan:
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 1 Pc. Sliced carrot
Finely cut:
- 400 g Pork strips
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Salt and pepper
- 3 turns Chilli from the mill
round off:
- 200 g Liquid cream
Appendix 2:
- 1 Pc. Fresh broccoli
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Preparation :
- Clean broccoli, chop, blanch, quench.
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and slice the carrot.
put up :
- Cook the wild rice in boiling water. approx. 20 min.
in the pan:
- Fry the onion and carrot in clarified butter, then add the meat. Add tomato paste + spices. Fry everything well. about 15 min.
Broccoli.
- Pan in hot butter and season with salt.
Rice:
- Pour off and arrange in the ring.
- Add side dish. simply enjoyed it.
