  • 1 Cup Wild rice
  • 1 liter Salted water

  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • 1 Pc. Sliced ​​carrot

Finely cut:

  • 400 g Pork strips
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 turns Chilli from the mill

  • 200 g Liquid cream

  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Preparation :

  • Clean broccoli, chop, blanch, quench.
