Sweet Apple, Carrot and Walnut Bread

- 250 g Spelt flour
- 150 g Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 0,5 tsp Grated nutmeg
- 0,25 tsp Ground allspice
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 100 ml Apple juice
- 75 g Melted butter
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 piece Large tart apple, pitted, peeled and finely grated
- 100 g Finely grated carrots
- 75 g Chopped walnuts
- 50 g Raisins
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger in a bowl.
In another bowl, stir together the eggs, apple juice and butter. Stir into the flour mixture in portions. Knead in the chopped nuts, raisins, grated carrots and grated apple.
