Pretzel Soup Refined with Chives

Ingredients

  • 3 Pc. Pretzel
  • 200 g Tilsiter
  • 200 g Emmental
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1,5 l Beef broth
  • 1 bunch Chives

Instructions

  • Chop three pretzels and chop two different types of cheese (mild and strong). In a pan with butter, let half a chopped onion become translucent. Then half fill the beef stock in the pan and add the pretzels. Stir until the pretzels are soaked. Then add the cheese and stir well. When the cheese has melted, sprinkle on the plate and sprinkle with chives.
