Mixed Grain Bread for Baking Machine

Ingredients

  • 350 g Whole wheat flour
  • 150 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 100 g Spelt flour
  • 1 packet Sourdough
  • 1 teaspoon Bread spice
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1 packet Breadmaker's yeast
  • 1,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 400 Milliliters Lukewarm water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in the container of the baking machine.
  • First add the baker's yeast, then the flour, the sourdough, the baking powder, the salt, the bread spices, the sunflower seeds and then the lukewarm water.
  • I have set the baking machine to dark browning and selected the rye program and level 1.
