Mixed Grain Bread for Baking Machine

- 350 g Whole wheat flour
- 150 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 100 g Spelt flour
- 1 packet Sourdough
- 1 teaspoon Bread spice
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
- 1 packet Breadmaker's yeast
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 Milliliters Lukewarm water
Put all ingredients in the container of the baking machine.
First add the baker's yeast, then the flour, the sourdough, the baking powder, the salt, the bread spices, the sunflower seeds and then the lukewarm water.
I have set the baking machine to dark browning and selected the rye program and level 1.
