Ingredients
- 350 g Whole wheat flour
- 150 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 100 g Spelt flour
- 1 packet Sourdough
- 1 teaspoon Bread spice
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
- 1 packet Breadmaker's yeast
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 Milliliters Lukewarm water
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the container of the baking machine.
- First add the baker's yeast, then the flour, the sourdough, the baking powder, the salt, the bread spices, the sunflower seeds and then the lukewarm water.
- I have set the baking machine to dark browning and selected the rye program and level 1.
