Vegan: Paprika - Soy - Goulash with Four Kinds of Vegetable Mash

Ingredients
For the four kinds of vegetable mash
1tbspMy vegetable broth *
1literWater
1tbspVegan butter
1pieceCut onion
1tbspTomato paste
1pieceRed peppers cut
1pieceTurnip roughly diced
1pieceCelery bulbs roughly diced
3pieceRoughly diced carrots
4pieceRoughly diced potatoes
1tbspMy vegetable broth *

Instructions
Cook the soy beef pieces in the vegetable stock for about 10 minutes. Put in a colander, drain and then cut into thin strips.
Heat up in a saucepan, sear the meat strips, add the sliced onion and braise with it. Add the tomato paste and pour the stock (in which the soy pieces were cooked) and stir everything well.
Now add the sliced paprika and then everything should simmer for a good 20 minutes.
