1pieceCucumber
1pieceOnion
1pieceMy vegetable broth *
1pieceOrange oil
1pieceTangerine vinegar
For the carrot, apple and orange salad

Instructions
Wash and cook the potatoes.

Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut it on a slicer. Season with a little vegetable stock, orange oil and tangerine vinegar and stir well, then let it steep.

Serving
Peel the cooked potatoes and put them on the plate as they were quite large, I divided them lengthways once. Then put the salads on the plate and add the fish.
