Ingredients
 

For the cucumber salad

  • 4 piece Bismarck herring from the fishmonger
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece My vegetable broth *
  • 1 piece Orange oil
  • 1 piece Tangerine vinegar

For the carrot, apple and orange salad

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cook the potatoes.

  • Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut it on a slicer. Season with a little vegetable stock, orange oil and tangerine vinegar and stir well, then let it steep.

  • * Salad: carrot - apple - orange salad

Serving

  • Peel the cooked potatoes and put them on the plate as they were quite large, I divided them lengthways once. Then put the salads on the plate and add the fish.
