Ingredients
For the cucumber salad
- 4 piece Bismarck herring from the fishmonger
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece My vegetable broth *
- 1 piece Orange oil
- 1 piece Tangerine vinegar
For the carrot, apple and orange salad

Instructions
- Wash and cook the potatoes.

- Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut it on a slicer. Season with a little vegetable stock, orange oil and tangerine vinegar and stir well, then let it steep.

Serving
- Peel the cooked potatoes and put them on the plate as they were quite large, I divided them lengthways once. Then put the salads on the plate and add the fish.
