Quark Cakes with Applesauce

- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 120 g Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 150 g Quark lean
- 3 tablespoon Raisins
- 300 g Applesauce
- 2 tablespoon Flaked almonds
to sprinkle
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
Cakes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Mix the sugar, milk, egg yolk and the quark, sieve the flour over it and stir in the raisins.
Now carefully fold in the egg whites.
Butter three small casserole dishes and distribute the batter in them.
Put the apple puree in the middle with a spoon and spiral through the dough.
Finally, sprinkle the almond flakes over the top and put it in the 180c. warm oven for approx. 20-25 minutes - chopstick sample !!!
