Autumn Salad and Warm Goat Cream Cheese Thaler

- 50 g Fresh goat cheese roll
- 1 teaspoon Acacia honey
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 1 Apple fresh
- 1 Pear fresh
- 1 Fig fresh
- 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
- Ground cinnamon
- Lemon balm fresh
Cut two slices from the roll. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the honey. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the apple and pear and remove the core. Cut into small cubes and mix immediately with the lemon juice. Stir in honey and a little cinnamon.
Wash and dry the fig and remove the stem. Quarter and cut into small pieces. Mix carefully into the salad.
Serve the salad together with the cream cheese thalers. Garnish with lemon balm.
