Autumn Salad and Warm Goat Cream Cheese Thaler

- 50 g Fresh goat cheese roll
- 1 teaspoon Acacia honey
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 1 Apple fresh
- 1 Pear fresh
- 1 Fig fresh
- 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
- Ground cinnamon
- Lemon balm fresh
- Cut two slices from the roll. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the honey. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the apple and pear and remove the core. Cut into small cubes and mix immediately with the lemon juice. Stir in honey and a little cinnamon.
- Wash and dry the fig and remove the stem. Quarter and cut into small pieces. Mix carefully into the salad.
