Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Fresh goat cheese roll
  • 1 teaspoon Acacia honey
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 1 Apple fresh
  • 1 Pear fresh
  • 1 Fig fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Lemon balm fresh

Instructions
 

  • Cut two slices from the roll. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the honey. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the apple and pear and remove the core. Cut into small cubes and mix immediately with the lemon juice. Stir in honey and a little cinnamon.
  • Wash and dry the fig and remove the stem. Quarter and cut into small pieces. Mix carefully into the salad.
  • Serve the salad together with the cream cheese thalers. Garnish with lemon balm.
