Fine Pumpkin - Apple Soup

Ingredients

after 12 min.

  • 2 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
  • 100 g Leek halved lengthways and cut
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • 2 piece Elstar apples

refine:

  • 200 g Cream 10% fat

roasted without fat!

  • 6 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds

or :

  • 6 tablespoon Roasted sunflower seeds

Instructions

Please do not salt:

  • Place the pumpkin, garlic + leek in the broth, bring to the boil.

Put the chilli in the tea egg!

  • Add the curry and chilli.

after 15 min:

  • Add the apples, cook until soft, then mix.
  • Refine with cream, arrange on plates and decorate with roasted pumpkin seeds.
