Raita with Cucumber, Tomato and Mint

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 0,5 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 250 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 20 cm Cucumber
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 5 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mint

Instructions

  • Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan and then finely grind them in a mortar.
  • Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  • Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and finely dice. Cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
  • Add all ingredients to the yoghurt and stir. Season to taste and serve.
