Ingredients
- 0,5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 250 ml Natural yoghurt
- 20 cm Cucumber
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 5 Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped mint
Instructions
- Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan and then finely grind them in a mortar.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and finely dice. Cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
- Add all ingredients to the yoghurt and stir. Season to taste and serve.
