Cherry Jelly with Vanilla

- 750 ml Cherry juice
- 0,5 tsp Ground vanilla
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
I first washed the cherries ... sorted out the bad ones and put the rest in the juicer and collected the juice ... then measured 750 ml of it.
Mix the juice with the vanilla and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan.
Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Immediately fill jars with twist-off lids, close and place on the lid for 5 minutes.
