Instructions
- I first washed the cherries ... sorted out the bad ones and put the rest in the juicer and collected the juice ... then measured 750 ml of it.
- Mix the juice with the vanilla and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan.
- Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Immediately fill jars with twist-off lids, close and place on the lid for 5 minutes.
