Pasta with Spicy Onion Mince Sauce

- 150 g Pasta of your choice

- 125 g Minced meat
- 0,25 Yellow Paprika
- 4 tbsp Hot onions - from the day before
- -
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 50 ml Red wine
- 150 ml Tomato puree
- 50 ml Broth
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt pepper
- Dried oregano
- Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Oil
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the mince in it until crumbly, add the washed and cut paprika and the onions and fry with them. Roast the tomato paste and deglaze with the wine, reduce a little and then pour in the broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the spices and season to taste.
In the meantime, cook the pasta and arrange on plates together.
