Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta of your choice

- 125 g Minced meat
- 0,25 Yellow Paprika
- 4 tbsp Hot onions - from the day before
- -
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 50 ml Red wine
- 150 ml Tomato puree
- 50 ml Broth
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt pepper
- Dried oregano
- Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the mince in it until crumbly, add the washed and cut paprika and the onions and fry with them. Roast the tomato paste and deglaze with the wine, reduce a little and then pour in the broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the spices and season to taste.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta and arrange on plates together.
