Pasta with Spicy Onion Mince Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Pasta of your choice
  • -
  • 125 g Minced meat
  • 0,25 Yellow Paprika
  • 4 tbsp Hot onions - from the day before
  • -
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 50 ml Red wine
  • 150 ml Tomato puree
  • 50 ml Broth
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the mince in it until crumbly, add the washed and cut paprika and the onions and fry with them. Roast the tomato paste and deglaze with the wine, reduce a little and then pour in the broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the spices and season to taste.
  • In the meantime, cook the pasta and arrange on plates together.
