Quark with Whistle As Dip or with Jacket Potatoes.

Dip:
- 500 g Quark lean
- 1 bunch Radish
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Milk
or
- 100 ml Cream, sweet
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Jacket potatoes:
- 400 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Coarse salt
- Water
Put the quark in a bowl and whisk well with milk or cream. Spice up.
Remove the green radishes, wash, grate finely, add.
Wash the chives, cut them, mix well.
