Potato Salad with Chicken-minute Steaks

- 500 g Jacket potatoes in slices
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 400 g Chicken Minute Steaks
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Pickles
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Red Onion
- 200 g Salad cream
- Parsely
- Salt pepper
Chop the cucumber. Cut the apple into wedges. Quarter the eggs. Halve the onion and cut into rings.
Salt and pepper the meat and fry in oil until crispy.
Drizzle the apple with lemon juice. Mix the salad cream with 3-4 tablespoons of cucumber water. Salt and pepper.
Put 1 / 3 of the salad cream in a bowl and spread the apple wedges on top. Put the potatoes on top.
Now place onions, cucumber and meat on top.
Spread the rest of the salad cream on top. Garnish with eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
