Potato Salad with Chicken-minute Steaks

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes in slices
  • 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 400 g Chicken Minute Steaks
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Pickles
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 200 g Salad cream
  • Parsely
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cucumber. Cut the apple into wedges. Quarter the eggs. Halve the onion and cut into rings.
  • Salt and pepper the meat and fry in oil until crispy.
  • Drizzle the apple with lemon juice. Mix the salad cream with 3-4 tablespoons of cucumber water. Salt and pepper.
  • Put 1 / 3 of the salad cream in a bowl and spread the apple wedges on top. Put the potatoes on top.
  • Now place onions, cucumber and meat on top.
  • Spread the rest of the salad cream on top. Garnish with eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
