Lamb's Lettuce with Peaches and Balsamic Vinegar
Servings: 2 people
- 2 handful Lamb's lettuce
- 1 small Onion
- 2 Mountain peaches
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic cream
Peel the onion, dice it finely and mix it in a bowl with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and water.
Remove the stone from the peaches, dice and add to the dressing.
Wash the lamb's lettuce, drain it and arrange on a plate, pour the peach dressing over it, serve decorated with balsamic cream.
