Lamb's Lettuce with Peaches and Balsamic Vinegar

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 handful Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Mountain peaches
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Balsamic cream

Instructions

  • Peel the onion, dice it finely and mix it in a bowl with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and water.
  • Remove the stone from the peaches, dice and add to the dressing.
  • Wash the lamb's lettuce, drain it and arrange on a plate, pour the peach dressing over it, serve decorated with balsamic cream.
