Pork Roulade in Tomato Bed

Servings: 3 people

Ingredients

For the bed:

  • 5 slices Cooked ham
  • 5 slices Butter cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • Metal or wood skewers
  • 1 can 800 g peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Oregano
  • 5 Garlic cloves pressed
  • Pepper, knofi powder

Instructions

  • Place a slice of ham and cheese on each of the schnitzels, roll up and close with skewers (see photos)
  • Mix the ingredients for the bed together and pour them into an oven dish.
  • Place the roulades on top and cook for about 60-70 minutes in the oven at 170 ° C (fan oven), cover with a lid later if necessary so that it does not burn.
  • Then serve e.g. with fresh mashed potatoes (recipe also in my KB).
