Pork Roulade in Tomato Bed
Servings: 3 people
For the bed:
- 5 slices Cooked ham
- 5 slices Butter cheese
- Salt pepper
- Metal or wood skewers
- 1 can 800 g peeled tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 5 Garlic cloves pressed
- Pepper, knofi powder
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each of the schnitzels, roll up and close with skewers (see photos)
Mix the ingredients for the bed together and pour them into an oven dish.
Place the roulades on top and cook for about 60-70 minutes in the oven at 170 ° C (fan oven), cover with a lid later if necessary so that it does not burn.
Then serve e.g. with fresh mashed potatoes (recipe also in my KB).
