Ingredients
For the bed:
- 5 slices Cooked ham
- 5 slices Butter cheese
- Salt pepper
- Metal or wood skewers
- 1 can 800 g peeled tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 5 Garlic cloves pressed
- Pepper, knofi powder
Instructions
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each of the schnitzels, roll up and close with skewers (see photos)
- Mix the ingredients for the bed together and pour them into an oven dish.
- Place the roulades on top and cook for about 60-70 minutes in the oven at 170 ° C (fan oven), cover with a lid later if necessary so that it does not burn.
- Then serve e.g. with fresh mashed potatoes (recipe also in my KB).
