Mexican Bean Pot

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 800 g Baked Beans Mexican
  • 2 Fresh shallot
  • 5 Potatoes
  • Mexican meat seasoning
  • Salt, pepper and chilli oil

Instructions

  • Quarter the potatoes and cook them until cooked
  • Cut the meat and the shallots into bite-sized pieces
  • Season the meat with the meat seasoning, salt and pepper and sear it
  • Now add the scarlet and potatoes to the pot and fry them briefly
  • Put the baked beans with the sauce in the saucepan, stir everything in once
  • Put the lid on and simmer on a low level for about 10 minutes
  • Toast goes well as a side dish
