Tiramisu - Strawberry - Cake

- 370 g Sponge fingers made from sponge cake
- 200 g Liquid butter
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 5 sheet Gelatin
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Quark
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 200 g Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
Cream.
Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar & vanilla sugar. Add the dissolved gelatin amaretto.
Fold in the cream & add the biscuit crumbs. Now add the strawberries to the cream & smooth out. Cake now cool for 3 hours.
