Tiramisu – Strawberry – Cake

The perfect tiramisu – strawberry – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 370 g Sponge fingers made from sponge cake
  • 200 g Liquid butter
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 5 sheet Gelatin
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Quark
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Amaretto
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

Ladyfingers:

  1. 14 Cut the sponge fingers in half. Cut 6 biscuits into small pieces and grate the rest.

Strawberries:

  1. wash and remove the green. Put some aside for decoration. The rest comes on the floor afterwards.

  1. Mix the butter with the grated ladyfingers & spread on the bottom. Place the half sponge fingers around the edge.

gelatin

  1. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then dissolve in warmed amaretto.

Cream.

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar & vanilla sugar. Add the dissolved gelatin amaretto.
  2. Fold in the cream & add the biscuit crumbs. Now add the strawberries to the cream & smooth out. Cake now cool for 3 hours.

After 3 hours

  1. Remove the cake from the mold & sprinkle the cake with the cocoa powder. Place half the strawberries on top.
