Ingredients
- 370 g Sponge fingers made from sponge cake
- 200 g Liquid butter
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 5 sheet Gelatin
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Quark
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 200 g Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Ladyfingers:
- 14 Cut the sponge fingers in half. Cut 6 biscuits into small pieces and grate the rest.
Strawberries:
- wash and remove the green. Put some aside for decoration. The rest comes on the floor afterwards.

- Mix the butter with the grated ladyfingers & spread on the bottom. Place the half sponge fingers around the edge.
gelatin
- Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then dissolve in warmed amaretto.
Cream.
- Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar & vanilla sugar. Add the dissolved gelatin amaretto.
- Fold in the cream & add the biscuit crumbs. Now add the strawberries to the cream & smooth out. Cake now cool for 3 hours.
After 3 hours
- Remove the cake from the mold & sprinkle the cake with the cocoa powder. Place half the strawberries on top.
