Ingredients
 

  • 370 g Sponge fingers made from sponge cake
  • 200 g Liquid butter
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 5 sheet Gelatin
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Quark
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

Ladyfingers:

  • 14 Cut the sponge fingers in half. Cut 6 biscuits into small pieces and grate the rest.

Strawberries:

  • wash and remove the green. Put some aside for decoration. The rest comes on the floor afterwards.

26er Form verwenden !

  • Mix the butter with the grated ladyfingers & spread on the bottom. Place the half sponge fingers around the edge.

gelatin

  • Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then dissolve in warmed amaretto.

Cream.

  • Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar & vanilla sugar. Add the dissolved gelatin amaretto.
  • Fold in the cream & add the biscuit crumbs. Now add the strawberries to the cream & smooth out. Cake now cool for 3 hours.

After 3 hours

  • Remove the cake from the mold & sprinkle the cake with the cocoa powder. Place half the strawberries on top.
